For purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of service of Harris Internet Solutions, Inc.. The following terms and conditions apply to all
No illegal material will be allowed Harris Internet Solutions, Inc.' Hosting network reserves the right to remove illegal material from its server immediately.
Pornographic or adult oriented materials or links to such materials are strictly prohibited. Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel such accounts immediately.
Any pirated software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost. Including: ROMs, ROM Emulators and Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3) will not be allowed.
Hackers programs, viruses, archives or links to such materials are strictly prohibited.
Content that may be considered prejudicial or abrasive to a individuals Race, Creed or Color are prohibited.
Customers cannot sublease, subhost, or give away control of any portion of Web Hosting Network's resources. Services are intended for end users only.
If willing to shift the site from Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. Hosting services, two months prior notice is needed.
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to Harris Internet Solutions, Inc.' network or our customers is strictly prohibited.
Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages or E-mails are strictly prohibited. Forging of header information is not permitted.
Email lists or bulk email software sold on the servers are strictly prohibited. Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. does not allow unsolicited mail. This includes "Spamming" and "Bulk Mail" sent to persons who have otherwise not requested to receive such mail.
Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. does not allow spamming or unsolicited email to be sent from our servers or to be sent referring to any domain name or email address maintained on our servers.
Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. does not allow customers to install their own chat rooms.

Payment Policy:

E-mail notification will be sent prior to payment due date.
Checks returned unpaid will be accessed $30.00 service charge.
If cancellation is caused by customers violation, no refund will be done.
In case of violation of any of these terms, Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel services at any time without any prior notice.

Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages, data lose due to interruption or any other way. Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
In case of violation of Harris Internet Solutions, Inc.' terms of service could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Harris Internet Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to remove any account with 7days prior notice.
